I know a great deal has been written recently about the large crowds that assembled at tea parties all over our country. I was overwhelmed at the size of the three I attended in South Carolina this past month.
That’s why I thought you might enjoy this video we put together of my travels to some of these tea parties.
Please watch the video below!

Thanks Jim, for keeping up the good fight. Everyday it seems Mr.Obama and his co-horts are moving toward a socialized country. I like having my own choices and I don’t need to have the government “taking care of me”. You are the only politician South Carolina, and most of the other states has in Washington that wants to see this country “Great” once again. Too long now we have had politicians changing and moving over to the “left”. I commend you for your firm stand on what is “right” for this country and it’s law-abiding, tax paying citizens that have worked and fought for a country we love.

Senator DeMint,
Appreciate what you’re doing and what you hope to yet do. Wish we had TWO senators like you here in North Carolina. Keep seeking to make your (and your fellow Americans) voice heard in Washington – for common sense, a return to traditional values, capitalism unencumbered by our current over-reaching government. May God go with you.

It’s very pleasing to know that there are conservative voices such as yours in Washington and I am proud to call you my Senator from the Great state of South Carolina. Keep up the good work and God Bless you.
Senator DeMint I count you as my senator. Mine in CA DO NOT represent me. Thanks for going to bat for us as American’s. I was in Sacramento with an estimated 15,000 strong. You’re right we need to keep this voice going. I hear there will be a march in D.C. on September 12. Count me in if it happens. We have only one hopeful that I want to join you in the senate. He holds the same values as you. Any help we can get in CA to help him into Barbara Boxer’s seat would be great. Chuck DeVore for US Senate in 2010

Senator Demint; I am from your neighbor State ( NC ) All I can say is keep pounding we need every one that can work at trying to keep this country from following the rest of the Industrial Countries in to Lah Lah Land. Who will feed the World and Produce the Medicine and Pay for the Research that is curing the sick in all the nations that let a few people that convinced the POOR that they deserve and will get their fair share of what “Mr Jones who Got up Early and Worked For 7 days a week” and have Elected Themselves as The only ones SMART ENOUGH to run the Country ( Everything ). Capitilism may not be perfect but the worlds Economy DEPENDS on American Capitilism to feed and support their Economy, We do not look to them ” Yet” to support our Economy and we will not as long as I work for what I get and share according to what I want to and not what some one else decdes is my donation to to the Sick, Lame, Lazy and others That find it easy to say I can’t and wait for their share to brought to them. Senator Demint,
We appreciate your conservative values. We feel very strongly that the only way we can clean up the mess in Washington is through term limits. Our founding fathers’ intent was that our representatives should limit their service to the nation. We plan to support you for an additional term, but we would like to know if you would limit yourself to only two senate terms. Can we be given this assurance? Would you be brave enough to lead the fight for term limits in both Houses? We would certainly support you in a run for governor or any other elected office! Just please help limit our representatives’ terms!
Wishing you success in forwarding the conservative agenda,
Don & Kayla Robbs

It is heartening to see so many fellow Americans participating in these tea parties. I am afraid our timidity has been our worst enemy in bringing our country down to an unrecognizable state. You must keep up the fight. We are working, raising families, and trying to survive the latest DC debacle. Your participation reminds us we are represented.
Thank you for taking your job seriously. As long as you keep up the good work, you will have my gratitude and support.

Sen. Dement,
Thank you for the strong stand you take in Washington for our country and our freedoms. I only hope that we can get things back on the right track before it is too late. The people are being pushed into a Socialist country and they don’t even know it. When are they going to wake up. Keep up the good work and South Carolina will stand behind you.

Mr. Demint, I appreciate you being one who is representing the voice of conservative ideals when so many around you are embracing the opposite. It is disheartening and even frightening what is happening in our country. Fortunately, there are still people who believe in freedom and are willing to voice that devotion. We obviously are at the mercy of those who do not value individual freedom and do value a socialist society. My hope and prayer is that people will remember what is happening when we vote in two years. Keep up the good work. Thanks and God bless you.

Dear Senator DeMint:
Thank you for representing South Carolina. I have been, and continue to be, proud of how you influence others to maintain constitutional and conservative values. I stand taller when your name is mentioned by the media and other representatives which I hold in high regard.
I have hopes that the GOP will return to the “Freedom Principles” which caused me to support the Republican candidates in national elections in the first place. However, I will continue to support men and women of principle rather than support a candidate just because they belong to a specific party. (Arlen Specter comes to mind).
Please keep fighting the good fight.

Dear Senator DeMint,
Being a citizen of the People’s Republic of Massachusetts (PRM), you certainly are a breath of fresh air and a voice that needs to be heard more frequently throughout the states. Keep up the good work. I believe that your principles are the same as the typical American. Bills get proposed, polls show that the American people are, in some cases, 70% AGAINST the bill, you stand with the 70% and the congress passes the bill against the will of the people. We need YOU speaking out if we are to survive.
Senator DeMint-
