With so many SenatorsCongreesmen being so horribly out-of-touch with the everyday American citizens, is their anyway a bill can be introduced that would allow the voters to recall Senators or Congressmen who would go against more than 60% of the people? The past 1 1/2 years have been such a crazy nightmare for voters! Waiting months or years to get them out seems so unfair!
I support fully the abolishment of Obama’s Health Care plan. President Obama has surrounded himself with other like-minded radical thinkers that feel that government knows best and should basically own , decide action, and direct all industry. He needs to be stopped and the people who support him need to be educated quickly on the values of a Republic. If our ever searching media will get back out there and expose the the people in advisory positions with past criminal records, like they exposed Watergate, the public could see the truth.
I am not racist in any way, I never even heard negative terms for people of other ethnic backgrounds till I was in college. I would fully support a black President or any other race as we are a nation of many backgrounds, but the people that flocked to our shores came through legally, and came to learn our language and the American way. Running our country on a completely socialistic platform is not the American way!
I urge you to vote AGAINST confirming Elena Kagan to Supreme Court. She will try to do away with our rights to bear arms.
I too urge you to vote against confirmation of Elana Kagan to the Supreme Court. I fact, I would go one step further and urge you to go to Lindsay Graham’s office and give him a good dope slap for voting her nomination out of committee. Kagan is a Communist ideologue, and should not be allowed to use the Court to undermine,and ultimately nullify, the Constitution.
I agree with Missouri. Americans should not be required to purchase health care and be penelized if they do not. However, Obama should stand up and deal with the real issue and that is providing health care and social security to illegals which in itself is overloading our healtcare system around the country. Get them out of the country and the bleeding hearts liberals will not have to deal with the emotional issue of taking care of them.
America! God is Using Obama to get US American’s back to the Basics of Life! God is Bringing Us to our Very Knees! God is Humbling Us and Showing Us that the almighty dollar is not where you will Find Peace and Stability But it is in Him, GOD ALONE! (Notice how the $dollar is decreasing and America is Increasing in Wisdom, Knowledge, and Insight on the Really Important Things In our lives Things that Matter: God, Our Families and our Country In that Order!!!! I’d say We are Learning! If we Continue To Rise Up and Make our Voices Heard, Humble Ourselves (Because we are NOT GOD!!) Turn away from our sin, Pray and SEEK God’s Will in all of Life’s Twists and Turns and There will be Many! God will Have Mercy. He will Hear Us From Heaven, Answer Our Prayers and Heal our Land!! For the Simple Life In Reality Is the Life we Can Depend on. Yes in all Phases of Life there will be Well: LIFE! But in That God wants us to be Blessed! GOD will Make the Way, If we will but, take the time to Let GOD have His Way! But we must Acknowledge Him in all we Do and Say! We Must Get Back to the Basics in Life: When the Simple Life Meant something to the American! When we cared more about our “Brothers” than we did our “dollar”. When we gave a “Helping Hand”, Instead of Looking for “Hand Out”! When we Looked for the “Best” in our Fellow Man, Instead of What is “Best for me”! When the Words of our Mouth had meaning and Truth! It is so refreshing to read your views as expressed in the WSJ today, 8/28. Other Republican senators should realize that Trent Lott and Orrin Hatch are so yesterday and if the Republican party wants to stay viable it better be bold and start voting to repeal Obamacare and as many of the big govt programs as possible. This includes all the benefits going to unions. A Republican majority may not successful every time against a Obama veto, they can vote not to fund and I bet a lot of Democrats will vote along with them. The writing is on the wall.
Let me also say, that I support Paul Ryan’s plan to reduce the huge drains social security, medicare and medicaid are on our country and letting people under 55 invest for their retirement without the govt being involved.
Today I got some very disturbing e-mail, about the ACLU taking down the crosses at Arlington National Cemetary and not allowing the name of Jesus, in prayers said for these fallen heros.. How can they get away with it. I am very upset at this whole country and the way it is going. The unemployment rate should be down by now not up. Ill’gs should be shown the door like Pres, Truman and Einhouser (Ike) and another Pres did.
